their past. Sometimes these special recipes get lost. This section is to help
people who are looking for lost recipes from their past. If you submit a
request, please include the geographical region where you tasted the recipe.
If you have a vintage recipe request send it to recipes@tias.com and we might

Marie sent this plea for help finding a family cookbook that's been lost: "My
large family is looking for several of our Great Aunt Myrtle Henricksen's
"Cooks Corner, a Cookbook for Farm Women of Wisconsin" compiled by "The Home
Department of the Wisconsin Agriculturist & Farmer" Racine, Wisconsin, 1955.
Many of them should be in Wisconsin homes. It's a three ring binder book, 110
pages long. It does not stand out attractively in a recipe book collection,
therefore all the originals have been lost in my family, during downsizing in
California, unaware that it contains our Danish family recipes." "The book is
rather unattractive looking and no one would specifically pick it out to
advertise it. But asking might make readers go look in old junk or old recipe
books for it."
Please email support@tias.com if you have this cookbook, and we'll forward your
email on to Marie.
