The program needs an overall F1 context search. ;) ..or my openxp.kolico.ca
solution needs a major revisit to include it.

I doubt that an entire message would need to be encoded, so
there will always be a part that is "normal" which will get
toggled to ROT13.
Anyway.. it's nice to see that function useable.
