I don't think OXP even processes the ":SS" part.

The best you can get is if you do a Ctrl-O on a per message basis for a   result
like this:

The line "EDA: 20200620014300W-3" is basically YYYYMMDDHHMMSS###"
where SS seems to always be 00 anyway.
