  The dachshund my friends have is smart enough to not walk on the sunny
pavement...but, he also hates walking when the grass is wet, or there's standing
water...as there is today from thunderstorms. The BBS was down overnight and
this morning for storms, and while there's a lull now, the
radar looks like it has measles, and more storms are on the way.

  And, they have sharp teeth as well. Plus, they carry such things as
